Prosecco has boomed, we all know that, and it's brought sparkling wine to the attention of every wine drinker. But it's also paved the way for some of the smaller, more interesting producers out there. Corvezzo is based a short way northeast of the beautiful Venice. This is 'proper' Prosecco, wine with real character, style and freshness, the style that caused the boom in wines from the Prosecco region in the first place but that is sadly lacking now in the cheap stuff. Keep it real!
